Wesley Aird is a nationally recognised Indigenous advocate with a extensive range of developing and remote community experience in the most challenging of sectors. This has included roles in national and complex stakeholder engagement, health care, welfare reform, Indigenous cultural heritage and land rights advocacy, and in gender and discrimination.

Wesley maintains a high standard practice as a specialist Indigenous adviser to various sectors providing support to large companies for project management, strategies and risk reduction in native title and cultural heritage.  This has included national and industry representative roles in the following:
